  • Eco-Friendly Pool: Our saltwater swimming pool serves a dual purpose. The water is used for both swimming and irrigation, naturally replenished from a nearby underground spring.

Rich Agricultural Heritage

Castalla 1809 is steeped in history, originally serving as a lodging for laborers and a storage site for agricultural produce such as almonds, plums, grapes, and later, olives. The name "Casa del Escriva" is Valencian for a place where contracts were made.

Revitalizing the Land

We are dedicated to rejuvenating our estate and cultivating new crops. In 2023, we rescued and replanted 200 large pomegranate trees, transporting them over 65 km to their new home. In 2024, we continued our efforts by saving 45 large lemon trees. Our future plans for early 2025 include planting another 500 olive trees to further enhance our sustainable agricultural practices.
